Terms & conditions for using Knodor society management software on web and mobile.
Agreement
By accessing or using Knodor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Knodor on behalf of a society or company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. Effective date: 4 August 2026.
The service
Knodor provides multi-tenant software for residential societies, including visitor/gate tools, billing, notices, community features, and role-based dashboards. Features available to your estate depend on configuration and subscription plan.
Accounts & acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security risk.
Subscriptions & fees
Paid plans, renewals, and cancellations are governed by our Subscription Policy, Pricing Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Society maintenance bills paid through the app may be collected on behalf of your estate and are separate from platform subscription fees.
Content & intellectual property
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Knodor a licence to host and display that content to operate the service. Knodor and its branding remain our intellectual property. See Copyright / DMCA for infringement notices.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” subject to our Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, gate decisions made by society staff, or payment failures caused by third-party processors.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms with notice on this page. Either party may terminate access as described in the Subscription Policy. Provisions that should survive termination (IP, liability limits, governing terms) will survive.
