KYC & AML Policy

Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering practices related to Knodor payments.

Overview

Knodor enables digital payments (for example card and mobile money) through licensed payment partners. We support compliance expectations appropriate to a software platform facilitating society billing and subscriptions. Effective date: 4 August 2026.

Identity information

We may collect and verify identity or business details for society admins, payout recipients, or high-risk activity—directly or via our payment providers. Residents paying maintenance bills may be identified by phone, unit, and transaction metadata.

Monitoring & prohibited use

Suspicious transactions may be delayed, reversed, or reported according to provider rules and law. The platform must not be used to launder money, finance illegal activity, or evade sanctions.

Partners

Payment processing is performed by third-party providers who maintain their own KYC/AML programmes. Your use of those rails is also subject to their terms.
