Subscription Policy
How Knodor recurring subscriptions, renewals, and plan changes work.
Plans
Knodor offers subscription plans for societies (and related platform fees) that renew on a recurring cycle unless cancelled. Feature availability depends on the active plan. Effective date: 4 August 2026.
Billing
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period via supported payment methods. Failed payments may result in dunning retries and eventual suspension of paid features.
Changes & cancellation
Plan upgrades/downgrades take effect according to the timing shown at checkout or in the admin billing UI. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; see Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
Taxes
Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes required in your jurisdiction.
